Shipping times are used as a guide only, please allow extra time if you are in a remote location. 

*At The Pomade Shop we endeavor to send your products as fast as possible and generally the same day that they are ordered. Depending on the time you ordered please give up to 24 hours of the order being received for processing than shipping to take place.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday until 3pm. Orders received outside of these times will be processed the following business day. We are a small family owned business and always try our best to get these awesome products to you ASAP and keep you looking sharp!

RETURNS

All returns will be accepted if product is in unused condition within 60 days for a product amount refund or exchange.

If your item is supplied in retail packaging and that packaging is damaged we will not refund your item, it needs to be in re-sellable condition.

If your item has a sealed top, and that top is removed, we will not accept your return.

Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

if you parcel returns to us for reasons other than an error by The Pomade Shop there may be a postage charge for that return, and in some cases postage each way may be charged, even if your original order was “free shipping” as there is always a shipping cost charged to us by Australia Post.
